Inyanga develops on the French Market

Date
Inyanga, based in Falmouth, Cornwall, specialising in marine operations for the renewable marine energy and offshore wind sectors, has set up beginning of 2021 a French subsidy, Inyanga Tech. This expansion is the logical consequence of the increasing volume of projects obtained in France and the attractive expected growth of the sector.

The new company will be in charge of managing projects in France and in the European Union. It will continue and accentuate Inyanga’s development on the various fixed and floating offshore wind projects currently under development and realisation along the French coastline, following the drilling works already going on at the Saint-Brieuc wind farm. It will also be very active in the tidal energy sector to manage the deployment, connection and retrieval operations for main European actors.

Inyanga Tech, with the support of its parent company, will propose its engineering and innovation capabilities backed by its unrivalled experience in the management of complex projects located in exposed and high current areas.
The French entity is located in Rennes, Brittany, at the strategic crossroads of the main projects in Normandy, Brittany, Pays de la Loire and Vendée, and within a highly dynamic ecosystem for the sector. It is housed in the Whoorks premises, a few hundred metres from the railway station.
